Tool Library:

Jerusalem Farm offers a tool library.  Anyone may become a member of our tool library by filling out this form to your right.  You are required to submit a copy of a current form of I.D.

We ask for a suggested yearly membership  donation to help maintain the tools.  Please consider giving what you are able:

• up to $25,000:                  $10 yearly
• $25,000 to $50,000:     $20
• $50,000 to $75,000:     $30
• above $75,000:                $40
